почему не используешь последнюю версию? смотрю есть 29.4.6

После обновления Redux Toolkit 1.9х до Redux Toolkit 2.x+ пакет перешел на ESM-модули. После обновления стали падать тесты в Jest из-за несовместимости версий пакетов jest (29) и jest-ts (28).
