Built in node 0.10.4 and will only run on this version because the bcrypt dependency is targeted at this version of node. Testing has shown the code runs fine with no obvious problems in other versions of node when using an appropriate version of bcrypt.
Expects a config/secrets.js file which looks like this: config/secrets.js
