Updating a visual map

duchuyddh edited this page May 3, 2016 · 7 revisions

Overview

There are currently 3 types of visual map:

  • Map of Theories
  • Map of Principles
  • Map of Practices

These maps follow the concept of a Stacey Matrix which is basically a way to represent complexity of a concept (agreement vs certainty)

HOWTO

In order to add an item on a particular map, you need to add an entry on the particular table (located on the google drive folder/visual maps):

  1. Select the appropriate spreadsheet (Theories, Principles or Practices)

  2. Add an entry in the table with appropriate coordinate (to understand which coordinates to use, please refer to the Stacey Matrix concepts)

  3. Refresh the website page and the maps should be automatically updated as entries are added on the tables (this might take few minutes)

Note

Feel free to update any coordinate as these can be subjective. Also the axis can be expanded if needed (would just need to modify the range when clicking on the axis)
