good job! i see that there is also BUILD_GRADLE_ALL_PROJECTS_TIMEOUT in restore_gradle_dependencies.py. could you pls check?

CYCODE_BUILD_DEP_TREE_TIMEOUT_SECONDSand in case not set keep the default 180 seconds
