Reviewed the entire codebase and README.md for accuracy. Verified supported agents, CLI flags, requirements, and project structure. Applied minimal necessary updates to the skill command documentation in README.md to include missing but essential --source and --json flags. Reverted stylistic changes and accidental modifications to other files to adhere to strict minimal-update constraints. Verified changes with full test suite.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6488899572097453083 started by @yacosta738

Updated the agentsync skill command documentation in README.md to include
supported --source and --json flags for install, update, and uninstall
subcommands. This ensures the README reflects the actual CLI capabilities
revealed during codebase review.

Changes:
- Added [--source <source>] and [--json] to skill install/update/uninstall examples.
- Verified all other claims in README against the implementation.
- Ensured no other files were modified.
