Harfbuzz, which is used by most browsers and some GUI toolkits these days, doesn't support BDF fonts. For example, if you try to set Chicago as your default font, GTK apps will ignore it. This commit adds a bitmap-only OpenType version of the BDF font, trivially converted using FontForge. With this font installed, GTK apps successfully display text in Chicago.
