Added an Xcode project which builds the code as a framework so it can be used by Carthage. Also made changes to the README to add Carthage info and a Swift example.
NOTE: If you merge the PR then a new tag needs to be created with these changes as Carthage by default pulls down the latest tag of a repo, which won't include these changes unless a new tag is created. That way people won't have to specify "HEAD" in their Cartfile.
