Hi Candace, Thanks for reporting this! I've double-checked, and this motif is correct. 5' CTG 3' If reading in any frame: So AGC is a valid motif here. |

Description
Hello, thank you for this awesome resource! I want to bring attention to a possible typo in the "pathogenic (gene)" sequence for ATXN1. The website currently reads "AGC" but I think this is meant to be "GAC" (the reverse of CTG) if I an interpreting this box correctly. Thanks.
