Modify the gu_open_file_dialog prototype to use const char* filter_patterns to pass the filter patterns. For example, the filter patterns should be in the format "*.txt;*.jpg"

this is an update of the C++ code and labview code to add the filters patterns to the open file function
new version of g_unicode_. dll (0.3.0.1) :
i changed the prototype of the of gu_open_file_dialog function to use const char* filter_patterns
update of the gu_open_file_dialog.vi and File Dialog (Unicode).vim :
add the filter patterns and description inputs
now the user can set a filter when open file, if no filter set, "All Files (.)", "*" will be used as default
