Fix for [codex issue reading from stdout]#7

Using suggesting from issue report and replacing:

builder.Logging.AddConsole();

with

builder.Logging.AddConsole(o =>
{
    o.LogToStandardErrorThreshold = LogLevel.Trace;
});
