[MRG] caffe install on aws image

What the title says. The script install_caffe.sh does it.

Two points still need addressing:

• apt-get install asks for permission to install stuff (one has to type 'y'). I guess one can override this.
• Right now, I do cp Makefile.config.example $CAFFE_DIR/Makefile.config in order to write in our config. @ogrisel you said this may be better done with a patch. That way the rest of the file can change and we will see those changes. How is this best done?

(I made this script to be executed from the dl-machine folder. It would probably be more robust if I put absolute directories ... was my intention, but I forgot before making the PR)

Have a look at similar instructions in install-deeplearning-libraries.sh.

You can follow the pattern:

(cd caffee && run command)

to run the command inside the caffee folder and restore the CWD automatically to the previous state once done with that command.

Please integrate the installation / build instruction into the main install-deeplearning-libraries.sh script and make sure it is idempotent (if run twice, it still works but completes faster).
