This change adds a complete frontend-only e-commerce storefront with a product catalog, shopping cart, and mock checkout flow.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16994014495830354374

This commit introduces a complete, frontend-only e-commerce storefront built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

The application includes the following features:
- A product catalog with advanced filtering and sorting.
- A detailed product page with a photo gallery and product specifications.
- A fully functional shopping cart with persistent state using localStorage.
- A mock checkout flow with an address form and order confirmation.
- A responsive and accessible design.
- Comprehensive documentation in the README.md file.

The unit testing setup is currently non-functional due to dependency conflicts, and this is documented as a known limitation in the README.
