…ov.TypeConversion package, which does not support newer versions. Recommended: Create the deniszykov.TypeConversion package with support for .NET 8, .NET 10 and .NET Framework 4.8. Then re-target .NET 4.8, .NET 8 and .NET 10.

I have upgraded some targets to supported .NET versions.
Further upgrades can be done after the TypeConversion package is upgraded (e.g. after pull request #5).
