I really like the idea of having the READMEs in the appropriate directories they describe. I could accept your change and then move it around, but I wanted to give you the opportunity to have the changes under your name.

I think we should have a 2nd readme in pywttools that describes how to install and use it.

## Compile txt to wtxt
This requires WildCompress, which is only available on Windows.
* Download the WildTanget SDK under releases, and navigate to SDK/tools/ and run WildCompress Setup.exe to install WildCompress

I am checking if the guy who gave me the SDK is ok with me putting it up for general download. If so, we can make the instructions clearer by providing the link!

I would also appreciate it if you squashed these 5 patches into one since the extra patches don't really make anything clearer. I am not sure how good you are at git, so if you want help with that, let me know.

It's been months, but I squashed all the commits into one. It only took a minute with GitHub Desktop. What do I do about "1 review requesting changes" below?

You never responded. I've been archiving and pruning repos to only ones I still use, so I deleted my fork. I could bring back my fork and pull request, but only if you want to take a look at it again. If not, then I would close this.
