I've added the URL of our
CHANGELOG.mdfile, a copy of which exists on our website, to ourPackageInforecord inPackageInfo.gin a new field namedCHANGES_URL. This is analogous toREADME_URL.I've made a pull request to the example package to suggest making this a kind of standard thing; see gap-packages/example#46.
This is a first step towards resolving #788.This wasn't necessary for resolving #788, but I think it's a nice enough thing to have anyway.
