FreshRSS Extensions

A collection of extensions for FreshRSS, a free, self-hostable RSS aggregator.

Extensions

RssBridge

Sends new feeds through RSS-Bridge, to generate feeds for websites that don't have one.

VideoEmbed

Embeds videos directly in RSS entries for TikTok and YouTube, replacing external links with inline video players.

Installation

1. Either clone the repository via git clone https://github.com/dmarmor/freshrss-extensions.git or click the Code button, select Download Zip.
2. Copy the xExtension-* folder for each extension you want into the extensions folder for your FreshRSS server.
3. In FreshRSS, go to Configuration → Extensions (you may have to reload).
4. Enable each extension you want.
5. Click the gear icon for each extension to set options.

Requirements

• FreshRSS 1.16.0 or higher
