it is building with cuda 12.9 and ffmpeg 7.1

Wow. Thank you! The pypi decord2 build is 1.0.0 without needing CUDA/GPU, right? No need to wait for your 2.0.0?

It is without cuda because not space in pypi. I asked but not answer. With cuda i think that is in tag
