Hey Doug (or whoever still watches this repo),
I noticed the other day that a link to the Cell Systems paper never got added to the citation info on the front page, so I've added that.
Otherwise, to test the app locally, I had to install a few packages. I've started trying to add these package check/install scripts to my repos that use the pacman library to automatically check if needed packages are installed and if not, go ahead and install it. Hopefully, you find that method a bit easier than the old install.R script.
