Prerequisites

• Have access to a Raven Core Node with the following in raven.conf:
  • rpcuser and rpcpassword configured
  • # rest=1 — Enable if running an ElectrumX server. ElectrumX uses the REST API for block downloads. Without it, block syncing will fail with "Not Found" errors.
• Docker Engine installed
• The following directory tree under the root filesystem "/"
  1. /electrum-data
  2. /electrum-data/db
  3. /electrum-data/ssl_cert

Can be created with:

sudo mkdir -p /electrum-data/db /electrum-data/ssl_cert

Usage

docker run -d \
  -v /electrum-data/:/electrum-data \
  -e DAEMON_URL="http://<user>:<password>@<ip>:<port>" \
  -p 50001:50001 \
  -p 50002:50002 \
  -p 50004:50004 \
  -p 8000:8000 \
  -e SERVICES="tcp://:50001,ssl://:50002,wss://:50004,rpc://0.0.0.0:8000" \
  --name rvn-electrumx-server \
  dramirezrt/ravencoin-electrumx-server

Running a specific version

docker run -d \
  -v /electrum-data/:/electrum-data \
  -e DAEMON_URL="http://<user>:<password>@<ip>:<port>" \
  -p 50002:50002 \
  -e SERVICES="ssl://:50002" \
  --name rvn-electrumx-server \
  dramirezrt/ravencoin-electrumx-server:v1.12.1

Building from source

You can build any version of the ElectrumX Ravencoin server using the TAG build argument:

docker build --build-arg TAG=v1.12.1 -t ravencoin-electrumx-server:v1.12.1 .

To build the latest release:

docker build -t ravencoin-electrumx-server:latest .
