Clean up wave filters

Updated the filters dropdown to a clearer design

• For boolean filters, changed filter UI to a toggle
• For open/closed filter, used segmented control
• moved repo filter to the bottom and updated the style of the dropdown a bit (spacing and border radius was off)
• updated the coloring on the filter button so the badge is blue and clear also when you've got the filter button selected
