Synopsis This analysis looks at the NOAA storm data to answer the questons:
- which events cause the most injuries and fatalities
- which events cause the most crop and propterty damages
The data covers events from 1950 to 2011. The analysis shows that most injuries and fatalities were caused by tornadoes. Most property damange was caused by tornadoes and floods and most crop damage by droughts and floods. Too much or not enough water is not good for agriculture.
