Constant reportify

Edit reportify.py to accept

• -to: folder where to send html;
• -fn: filename of html (if not, same as ipynb).

Add const_reportify.py to keep running the reportify command.

Warnings:

• This was done on old reportify, quickly adjusted for new version.
• Does not take into account if it's installed or not! Runs $ ./reportify.py.
• Does not uses latest added options: no_embed_images, and custom templates.
