Architecture specific parts are either generated by the python code, in a per-architecture assembly file, or selected by preprocessor macros in C. Note that the red zone test is now disabled on everything except segmented stacks.
While alloca.h works on typical Linux systems, stdlib.h also works on BSD

The main port is in one commit, but the others fix up some tests and make it BSD compatible.
Tested on my CheriBSD box (without using capabilities) using the test suite. I haven't tried anything from the benchmarks yet.
