  • Added the possibility to keep the configuration-wide logging system.
  • More detailed categories for logging.
  • Clean up unit tests and dependencies.
  • Added README.rst to make PyPI happy.
  • Some linting.

I am sorry it seems to be that Twisted does not support Python 2.6. This is the reason why I ripped it off.
