The Analog Object raised an CHANG_OF_VALUE Event. This was wrong and now raises an CHANGE_OF_STATE Event

Thanks for the pull request. Please see my review comments. Also, please correct the title of pull request to something like: Update AnotherStorageImplementation to use BACnet 1.10.20-beta. If you have time you can also update other projects and include them in this pull request (then the title would be different)
