Goal: Prevent VPR docgen from creating a file for logstash-codec-pretty.
The new docs system requires that every file be linked. When plugin docgen creates a new file, the doc build expects it to be linked.
The current approach to plugin docs is to build the Versioned Plugin Reference, and then re-use those files for the Logstash Reference plugins rather than generating those docs separately.
