Introduce a CategoryManager to keep track of our custom categories, their icons, style classes, etc.
I want to eventually re-use this information in, for example: #2271
For now, preserves styles on the homepage (except for games) which means leaving some icon information blank in the manager. I want to address this in a follow-up branch
