This PR fixes the broken favicon for engineers.sg. The favicon is broken so I copied the picture from engineersftw github profile, resized it and added the favicon in public folder.
Side fix
I also did a minor version bump for puma because there was an error installing Puma version 4.3.5. puma/puma#2342 (comment)
