Add local LLM query support

Description

Now, before launching, the user can choose to use local or remote LLM generation. This is necessary for data security purposes so that it can be used in more realistic conditions without disclosure.

Additional Notes

It simply infuriated me using almost untrusted double intermediaries to LLM, where the user has to suffer with system prompts and settings just to slightly reduce the likelihood of pentesting data disclosure, which is still dangerous. Now the user chooses. But thanks @eogod that the local integration was simple enough
