Updates for DataCite v4.5 schema (https://datacite.org/blog/introducing-datacite-metadata-schema-4-5/)

  • new publisher identifier attributes
  • new 'Instrument' item type
  • update default mapping for eprint 'other' types

Fixes #58 and #59

NB I haven't updated the EPMI.
The change to the schema isn't 'big', but maybe it should bump the version of this plugin from 3.2.5 to 3.3.x (although that starts looking like an EPrints version).

There are other issues that could be included in a 3.3.x release.
