As there was no defined formatting in the original, starting by adding my own default formatting.
Preparation for streams, needed for using stdin and out for data streams.
Add option for std output redirection to a file with `-O` Replace min limit of Poll rate with 0, instead giving a warning if below previous min limit.
I figured I might have some issues when having errors, so created tests
with `prysk`, example:
MB_SERVER="127.0.0.1" MB_SERVER_ARGS="-p 5020" \
MBPOLL="${WORKSPACE}/mbpoll/build/mbpoll" \
python3 -m prysk test/integration/*.t
With that, I found some errors, here fixed.

Add levels of Quiet and connect with Verbose, needed for using stdin and out for data streams.
As there was no defined formatting in the original, added my own default formatting with a clang-format definition.
This has only been tested on a Ubuntu 22 PC and a Raspberry Pi so far.
