@typescript-eslint/parser@8.x doesn't yet declare eslint@10 in its peerDependencies. This setting allows npm ci to resolve the conflict in CI without --legacy-peer-deps on every invocation. Can be removed once @typescript-eslint officially supports ESLint v10. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
