The literate-nav plugin that is being used for the navigation does not support sorting options, neither does the native navigation of mkdocs. There are other plugins that do, but all with other issues like making the sorting global, where we only want it for the community showcase list. I tried several approaches to fix this, but in the end I just renamed all the project directories to match the project titles, as the default alphabetical sort follows the directory names.
