- Add three-tier status system: In Design, Implementable, Reference Available
- Create StatusBadge, StatusBanner, StatusLevelExplainer, StatusTable components
- Redesign /status page with per-section breakdown and adopter guidance
- Add Status sections to all schema overview pages
- Update navbar to show calmer "Status: Draft" badge
