Just to see what it would look like, I combined MessageStore and MessageStore::Postgres into one. This isn't complete by any means,
the substitutes need to be moved over,the configure instance methods need to be removed, and likely many tests frommessage-storeneed to be ported. I don't even know if this is the direction you intend to go, but if it is, I can probably keep working on it over time.
