What I did:

Removed all the CMake stuff
Made GL3W static and internal
Added stb_truetype.h as a static library
Simplified the folder structure for nanovg
Made a rudimentary Makefile

Now, I have NO IDEA if this compiles anywhere else, this should be seen as a draft.
