Improvements to HTML to enable classless output.

TODO

  • Complete styling.
  • Create a report demonstrating all features.
  • Create minimal CSS for --legacy use classless HTML and include it inline.
  • Check meter widths and styling.
  • Release candidate and update of demystify-lit.
  • Javascript switch for light-mode.
