I was curious why this Cargo.lock still had references to
ripper_deserialize, but then I realized it hasn't been updated in many years, presumably since before this project was made into a single workspace. Since we're in a workspace, only the rootCargo.lockmatters, andlibrubyfmt/Cargo.lockis vestigial, so this PR deletes it.
