Adds support to the
MapDataclass to consume a GeoDataFrame instead of raw OSM data.Additionally adds
sourceargument to TileManager to switch tovector-tilewhich uses new download functionvector_tiles_to_geodataframeto build a GeoDataFrame from a vector tile source. This only handles lines and areas at the moment.pytorch dependencies were commented out for local testing, hence, this is a WIP.
