### ✨ What's New in `spin aka` v0.6.0

In addition to minor fixes and improvements, this release brings the following functionality:

- The `spin aka deploy` command now features a `--skip-readiness-check` flag. When supplied,
the command will not wait for the deployment readiness check and instead return immediately.
