Added a cancel() method to the result Deferred;
Added a verbose=True|False keyword argument to the constructor;
To facilitate the latter, disabled passing of all kwargs to the function (use lambdas instead for anything complex. Beware of things like http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14738844/ though)
