This PR introduces several changes.

  • added GitHub CI workflows for lint and build tests
  • updated the tests
  • fixed linting

  • added @pythonbrad as a project maintainer
  • updated dependencies
  • added a CHANGELOG.md
  • updated the README.md documentation and make it simple

This commit introduces the following changes:

- updated the tests
- fixed linting
- added github ci workflows for linting and build tests
- configured the uv tools for a easy project build

As additional changes:

- removed integration tests
- included a LICENCE file
- added @pythonbrad as a project maintainor
- updated dependencies

@Esubaalew, I added a license file, cheap the license file with the code is a good practice.
I want you to check the license file before I merge.

Additionally, we will start to release afrim-py to PyPI.
I would like, you reserve the names afrim and afrim-py.
