Add 'wide-field fluorescence microscopy'.#14

We have a `confocal microscopy` term to represent all kinds of narrow-field fluorescence modalities, but we are lacking a term to represent specifically NON-narrow-field modalities. So here we add `wide-field fluorescence microscopy` to cover that gap.
