the reason i held this back is ... there is no tlx package on GNU/Debian
that I could test against.
(unmodified) tdlib does not use either tlx or stx, so it should not make a
difference right now.
perhaps gala should intrudoce a HAVE_TLX_BTREE_SET_H flag, and some more
conditional code... how relevant is this?

The stx-btree page says that the project is obsolete, and tlx should be used instead.
