Getting started:

1. Obtain the files "CT40.csv" and "CT99.csv' and copy them to the "data" folder.
2. Create a python environment with numpy and pandas.

Run python/add_mn_CT.py to add middle names to the CT data.

Results:

output_X.py creates the given output.
