LGTM. I recommend that, for whatever comes next, generate the interfaces from an IDL.

This PR adds a
--report-id=<uuid>command-line argument to the crashpad handler to allow predefined report IDs instead of generating random IDs. With this, we can make crashpad write<event_id>.dmpthat is easy to associate with the respective event envelope for offline caching purposes.See also:
