- Create sha.js, ref.js, mode.js, signature.js, and errors.js at the package root - Decouple public exports from internal file structure in package.json - Update files list in package.json to include new barrel files - Synchronize CHANGELOG.md with the export stabilization
- Undo accidental rollback of CHANGELOG versions and dates - Correctly update version 2.7.0 release notes with latest refinements - Maintain all multi-runtime and stability improvements in other files
