This PR addresses issue #1076 by clarifying that the
--pdb_seqres_database_pathparameter requires a specific filename rather than just a directory path. The current help text can be misleading since other database parameters typically require directory paths.This change helps prevent users from mistakenly providing a directory path, which would result in errors that only appear after 15-20 minutes of processing.
