forwarding between cached actions now works
depending on config settings springcache.jmx ehcache gets registered to the platformMBeanServer. Change is backward compatible, if no config is given, JMX will not be used.
links in the docs were pointing to invalid and deprecated targets.

Not sure if grails2 is the right branch, but I am developing against a Grails 2 version of the plugin.
In addition to merging a bunch of useful stuff historically (including both outstanding pull requests), this branch creates a "cached" property on Spring managed beans so that they can easily access the proxy.
