- pom.xml : versions update to allow compilation (note that last version of geotools generates incompatibilities, so only a minimal increment) - test : removing all merwan absolute references

pom.xml : versions update to allow compilation (maven, jre, geotools,..).
Note that the last version of geotools generates incompatibilities with the project. Some methods do not exist anymore. I chose a minimal increment in order for the project to work. We should plan a real update on it or the osm import will not work anymore.
test : Removing all merwan absolute references
The Test_Navteq file is the only one that was not updated. Indeed, I was not able to find the used files in the available resources (Zlevels_lehavre.shp).
